Payment & Downloads

Payments are processed via Stripe with a credit card. Need something else? Just reach out.

You’ll get a download link by email after payment. If you run into any issues, let us know.

During beta, we have fixed prices and one type of license (1 year, Web/Social). Custom licenses are available if requested by a buyer. We will contact you when that happens.

No refunds, sorry, all sales are final.

For now, buyers get a 1-year Web/Social license. For anything different, we’ll contact you to set it up. See the contract.

Policies & Safety

We do not verify releases. Creators are responsible for securing all necessary permissions and agree to this in their contract. If you have concerns, reach out to us.

We’ll notify the creator. Disputes between you and the creator should be handled directly, as Travel Creator Market acts as the intermediary.
Finding & Licensing Images

Once you signup and agree to the terms you will be sent the galleries. Note that while we are in Beta our system will not be as streamlined. Then you can browse our galleries by price point or use our AI search bar to quickly find what you need.

During beta, yes. All images focus on the TBEX host destinations. Check if your location has been approved.

All images are licensed for 1-year Web/Social use during beta. Need a longer or exclusive license? Select your images, tell us your wishes, and we’ll coordinate directly with the creator.

Absolutely! Let us know what you need and we’ll connect you with the right creator.

Unfortunately we do not have this capability yet. But it is something we are considering for the future. Images will be uploaded as creators upload the images.
Usage & Rights

During beta, licenses are limited. See the Pricing sheet.

No editing, except for cropping or adding text overlays for web/social use.

Credit isn’t required but is always appreciated! Give creators a shout-out when you can.

Let us know your needs, we’ll work with the creator to arrange exclusive or extended licenses.
Privacy & Support

Yes, buyers go through a vetting process like creators. They must prove they’re a local travel business or partner.

No illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or copyrighted content that is not owned by the creator. We do out best to screen content before it is uploaded. In Beta this is done manually. If you see something that should not be uploaded we send our apologies. Please contact us so we can get it removed quickly.

All fees will be incorporated into the price of the content. If you need specific details please let us know.

When you purchase images, your name, email, and the images you buy are shared with the creator. This helps creators build a direct relationship with destination partners—they may reach out, but it’s up to you to respond.
